This issue is now resolved. If you still have issues, reboot your router and wireless device and see if that restores your connectivity. If you still have problems, please email support@airbroadband.co.uk

We have a known issue in Upware, as of 21.25pm on 9/8/16. We are diagnosing this currently – more news as we have it.
