UPDATE 6pm 3/3/15 All networks are now back to normal – if you still have problems, switch your router and the Power Over Ethernet black box that is linked to your aerial off at the mains for 5 seconds and then back on. This will reboot both devices.
UPDATE 11.17am 3/3/16: We think we have found the problem and we are testing the network. Service is restored now for some users, and we think we will have full network stability by 4-5pm today.
As of 6.15pm we have an outage affecting Swaffham Prior and Longmeadow. We have engineers onsite and will update everyone as soon as we have a resolution. We will update this status before we call or email anyone with an update
