Changes to email configuration


To all our customers:

It has come to our attention that a small number users may have their mail configured using incorrect settings.  If you are still unable to access your email from a mail client then this could be the reason.

ALL references to where to collect mail from (the mail server) should be:  mail.raspnet.co.uk

The individual village specific address are also ok.

Reach:                  mail.reach-village.co.uk
Swaffham Prior: mail.swaffham-prior.co.uk
Upware:              mail.upware-village.co.uk

To access webmail enter mail.raspnet.co.uk into your browser and follow the links, or you can use these links directly:

Reach:                  https://mail.reach-village.co.uk/mail
Swaffham Prior: https://mail.swaffham-prior.co.uk/mail
Upware:              https://mail.upware-village.co.uk/mail

Please check all locations and devices that you access your account from.

We hope that the changes that we are making this week will see a more resilient service with additional security and features available, which we will communicate once the process is complete.
